About Ms. Luming Zhou and East Art Studio

Ms. Luming Zhou is an artist and
art teacher. Member of AAPASF. She graduated with a degree in Fine Art at Shanghai Teachers University in 1982, and then taught brush painting at the college for 8 years. She continues to teach and practice traditional brush painting as well as contemporary work here in San Francisco. Ms. Zhou opened East Art Studio in 1990 when she came to the US. Since then, hundreds of students began taking art classes from her all around the area. In 2003 and 2006, she received Certificates of Recognize from National Arts & Writers Scholastics organization. A numbers of out-standing students received awards, including those from SF Young's Art Festivals Art Show, Bay Area Children's Art Exhibition, National Students' Art Program and National Scholastic Art & Writing Awards. As the director of East Art Studio, Ms. Zhou works with a group of art teachers, who all very experienced in teaching art to young students. Introduce Teachers |
